We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee a multi billion mixed-use building development based in KSA. The Project Director will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, effectively mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Mentor and lead project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the strategic planning process.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and contractors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in project management and construction delivery
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working with tier one contracting or development firms
- Experience delivering mixed-use, residential or hospitality building projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work on a single status basis.
