*Temp to Perm Project Manager needed for £200m prestigious commerical fit-out project in London*
Company: Fit-out Mian Contractor
Role: Project Manager, to deliver high end multifunction rooms (e.g: Orditorium, Resturants, Bar, Gym, Spa)
Location: Central London
Rate / Salary: DOE - Temp to perm
Duties may include:
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
- Producing and managing project plans
- Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Preparing written project communication materials
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
- Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
- Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss
Candidate Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
- Must have experience working on specilised fit outs (restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs etc)
- A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to hit the ground running!
