This is your opportunity to:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the project from initial design through to completion.
- Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, adhering to strict deadlines and client expectations.
- Experience with Cut & Carve
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on Cut & Carve CAT A and B fit-out projects, ideally within the City of London.
- Strong understanding of existing building structures and the complexities of working within a live environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
