Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Outs (Cat A & Cat B)

Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects, managing all aspects from inception to completion. You will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Cat A and Cat B fit-outs up to £1m in value.
Oversee project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage site teams, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and control project budgets, mitigating any risks to the financials.
Provide regular project updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep things on track.
Ensure all quality control processes are in place and adhered to throughout the project.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects, with a solid understanding of the commercial construction sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
A background in construction project management, ideally with a relevant qualification (e.g., Degree in Construction Management, RICS accreditation, or similar).
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asta, MS Project).
Full driving license (preferred but not essential).
