ite Based Project Manager needed for a fast track refurbishment project
Company: London based D&B Fit-Out Contractor
Role: Site based PM on Commerical workplace fit out
Rate: circa £300 per day
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: York / Kendal
Duties may include:
- Managing project plans / programme
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Manage Health & Safety & Setting out on site
- Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
- Answer on site questions to trades
Candidate Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
- Experience working on similar projects Valued from £300k up
- A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!
