Key Responsibilities:
... - Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Implement and monitor Passivhaus and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and local authorities.
- Manage programming, procurement, and risk assessment.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager on new-build construction projects of similar scale.
✔ Strong knowledge of Passivhaus, sustainability, or low-energy construction.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors effectively.
✔ CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
