About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Project Manager with expertise in business change, regulatory compliance, and transformation within the BFSI sector. This role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk control skills to drive high-impact projects that align with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage end-to-end change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
✔️ Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with business and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Engage senior stakeholders across multiple business units, including Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal.
✔️ Oversee financial management and budgeting for key transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

🔹 Proven experience in business change and transformation within financial services, banking, or insurance (BFSI).
🔹 Strong background in risk and regulatory compliance (FCA, MiFID II, Basel III, SOX).
🔹 Extensive stakeholder management experience across multiple geographies.
🔹 Ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across technology, operations, legal, and compliance.
🔹 Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial controls.
🔹 Proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
