Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the Croydon office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management Team with back office Administration support and day to day operations

- £25-£28k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Conduct research to identify needs and market trends
- Running reports
- Managing customer data / internal systems
- Arranging contractor repairs
- Managing property keys register / security access needs
- Responding to customer emails and calls in relation to property matters
- Document management / logging
- Supporting Property Managers with research and budget preparation
- Liaising with colleagues and other internal departments to ensure services are delivered
- Chasing 3rd party for any outstanding services or information
Experience needed:
- Proven Administration experience
- Experience with MS applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Confident, approachable and keen to learn
- Local to Croydon or within commutable distance
- Customer focused
- Ability to work as a team collaboratively or individually on projects and tasks
