Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking a Property Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis to support within the Health & Safety department. Working from the Whetstone office, you will play a key role in supporting the H&S professionals with diary management, access, reports and data management to ensure a smooth service t the customer

Duties Include:
- Arranging / scheduling appointments
- Producing reports
- Document management
- Process customer information
- Processing invoices
- Responding to emails and calls from residents
- General office administration
Experience needed:
- Proven organisational skills
- Customer focused
- Good level of IT skills including MS office systems
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Keen to learn and develop
