Overview
Our leading Property Management client is seeking a new permanent member of staff to work within the Customer Experience Team. Working alongside colleagues, your role is ultimately to develop business best practice and continuous improvement measures to help support the business in delivering 'best in class services' to its clients. In addition to supporting escalated complex matters, you will also play a key strategic role in establishing and developing customer focused processes, driving continuous improvement processes, in addition to supporting the wider business in change management measures and establishing the business as market leading and customer focused

Duties include
- Supporting the development and implementation of the business quality assurance and best in class customer experience strategy
- Supporting and overseeing with business control processes to ensure best om class service whilst identifying any improvements that may be required
- Supporting with technical aspects of any assigned customer complex cases and complaints to help support resolution and analyse the root cause to prevent repeat issues and further drive efficiency
- Collaborate with other key business stakeholders within other departments to further develop process and best practice to enable best in class services to clients
- Supporting in ensuring all customer business and services are compliant with current Legislation, including safety standards, environmental laws, and Leasehold rights and obligations and are fit for purpose
- Monitor any regulatory changes or customer needs trends that may need to be incorporated into best practice process or mitigate operational risk
- Support in the development of customer feedback measures to further develop best in class customer focused processes
- Ensure any complaints or complex issues are managed effectively within given service level agreements
- Support the internal L&D / HR department with training needs analysis for the wider business and development of training programs
Experience needed
- Proven Block Management industry knowledge and experience
- Driven and motivated by improving best practice and enhancing the customer experience
- Strategic and ability to understand trends and develop measures to increase the customer journey positively
- Experience of working with a Property related CRM system e.g. Dwellant, BlockMan, Propman etc..
- Experience in investigating complex issues or complaints and able to offer support / guidance to others in addition to considering preventative measures
- People person - ability to adapt to the audience and support with a constructive and positive mindset
- Happy to travel (expenses paid if required)
