Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of young people who need it most? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and commitment to support children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges in a nurturing and structured environment?
If you're looking for a role where every day is different and where you can help unlock the potential of students facing barriers to learning, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting that provides essential education and support for children who have been permanently excluded or need alternative provision. The role involves working with students with SEMH challenges, additional behaviour needs, and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
We are seeking reliable, resilient, and adaptable individuals who are confident in their ability to work with vulnerable children. Your attitude and approach are just as important as your experience.
This role will challenge and inspire you. During your visit, you'll meet polite and eager students and witness moments of challenging behaviour-both are part of the reality of working in a PRU. How you respond to these challenges-staying calm, understanding the situation, and setting clear expectations-will define your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making a difference and ready to step into a rewarding and impactful role, don't hesitate-apply today!
For more details, contact Hamza at 020 3870 6350 or via email at hamza.ghafoor@randstad.co.uk.
Interviews and informal tours of the school will be held soon, so act fast! This could be your first step toward a fulfilling career in SEN education.
