Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience working as a Public Liaison Officer or in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure industries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of community engagement principles and best practices.
* Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience working on major highway projects or similar infrastructure schemes.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to public consultation and community engagement.
* Experience with communication and engagement software and tools.
