As a Social Worker specialising in Safeguarding, Care Planning, and Children with Disabilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing individualised care plans, and collaborating with families and multi-agency partners to provide tailored support

Earn up to £45,416, including a 15% market supplement.
Relocation support up to £8,000

Responsibilities include:

Carry out comprehensive assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and risks associated with children and families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their situations.
Actively monitor and assess risks to children's safety and wellbeing, taking necessary action to safeguard them from harm, including implementing child protection plans when needed.
Regularly monitor and review progress against transition plans, adjusting support as needed to ensure young people are on track to achieve their goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, plans, and interventions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements:

Relevant social work qualification
2 years relevant experience
