To provide expert advice and leadership on Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE)
matters across various projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, promoting
continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service.

● Knowledge and experience in project work.
● Experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) setting.
● Prior experience in a QSHE role, focused on safety and environmental compliance.
Knowledge (What do I know):
● Extensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.
Competencies (What am I capable of):
● Essential: NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
● Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, PTTLS qualification,
Environmental Awareness, and IOSH membership.
Key Responsibilities:
● Safety First: Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and
procedures.
● Contribute to the development and enforcement of Health & Safety Codes and
proactively challenge unsafe behaviors.
● Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest practical recommendations to enhance
productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
● Deliver on Commitments: Provide a right-first-time service in line with contractual
obligations, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
● Excellence in Execution: Maintain consistently high standards of work, offering
outstanding customer service and handling complaints or inquiries with professionalism.
● Empowered to Make a Difference: Take ownership of responsibilities, acting with
integrity and following company values.
Measures of Success:
● Provide expert QSHE advice and support to the project team.
● Actively contribute to improving QSHE standards across all projects.
● Intervene immediately if unsafe activities are identified.
● Ensure compliance with the Procore system for project documentation.
● Conduct regular QSHE inspections of all project works.
● Assist in maintaining up-to-date project QSHE records.
● Coach and mentor team members on QSHE practices, including conducting induction
programs and training.
● Deliver impactful briefings and presentations as required.
