Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QSHE Management System in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Promote a positive QSHE culture within the organization, fostering a safe and healthy working environment.
- Conduct regular QSHE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
- Develop and deliver QSHE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QSHE activities.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on QSHE matters.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant QSHE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar QSHE role.
- Strong understanding of relevant QSHE legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant QSHE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.
