Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £32,000 per annum, with regular opportunities for salary progression based on performance and additional training.

- Working Hours: Full-time role, 36.75 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs 08:45am - 04:45pm, Tues 08:45am - 05:30pm, Fri 08:45am - 04:30pm). Part-time options are available (must include Tuesday).
- Generous Holiday: 56 days of school holidays plus Bank Holidays (effective from 01/09/2024).
Your Role:
- Curriculum Development & Delivery: Plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to meet each child's unique learning needs, with a focus on communication, life skills, and emotional development.
- Behavioural Interventions: Apply positive behavioural support techniques to promote well-being and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, behaviour analysts, and therapists to deliver a cohesive educational experience.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
