Position: Primary Teacher

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role:
Randstad Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our network of schools across West Sussex. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, and ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to primary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support students' needs.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to guide their development.
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions between students.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and other colleagues to provide tailored support for all students.
• Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
