Work closely with families, schools, health and other agencies to provide coordinated support
Ensure the child's voice is heard and their rights are promoted in all decision-making
Review and update plans regularly to reflect children's changing needs and progress
Meet statutory duties and follow best practice in safeguarding and care planning
Requirements:
- 2 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
