The Responsibilities:
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's specific developmental needs
- Utilise EYFS knowledge to target children's developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate written observations for each child to track progress
- Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtime support
- Contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable environment
- Uphold safeguarding protocols for all children
- Update daily diary records for children under your care
The Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service, obtainable through Randstad if needed
- Previous experience working with infants and young children
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
- Proactive team player with a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK
