Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Early Help referrals in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and via the Team Around the Setting (TAS).
- Provide management oversight, case direction, and quality assurance in line with the Tameside threshold of need.
- Oversee Early Help Advisers, allocate caseloads, and ensure timely case resolutions.
- Identify trends, conduct audits, and collect data to drive service improvements and training needs.
- Collaborate with key partner agencies (schools, health, police, social care, and the voluntary sector) to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and families.
- Play an active role in step-up/step-down processes with Targeted Family Help to deliver the right services at the right time.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registration: Social Work England registration
- DBS: Enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience: Extensive experience working with children
