Overview:
- Experience in adult social care, including an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults and the skills needed to assess and manage their care and support needs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, the Safeguarding Adults framework, and the Mental Capacity Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- A person-centred approach to care and an understanding of the principles of independence, dignity, and choice.
- A commitment to safeguarding, protecting vulnerable adults, and ensuring that their rights are upheld.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
