Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Oldham Council's Adult Safeguarding Team. This is a full time role offering a great pay rate of £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake Section 42 enquiries, Care Act 2014.
- You will be part of a duty rota - screening safeguarding concerns that come into the Authority; and on non working days you will be allocated your own cases to make enquiries into.
- You will work with a variety of agencies to identify and put in place a protection plan for the individual's that you are working with.
- You will be to coordinate strategy meetings and case conferences.
- You will have a good understanding of Mental Capacity assessments will be required.
- No allocated cases to manage.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS
