Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Wirral Council's Adults Team undertaking Care Act Assessments and Reviews. This is a full time role offering a great pay rate of £33 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews.
- Required to have sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Must be able to undertake MCA's and best interest assessments.
- Have sound knowledge, experience and skills in respect to safeguarding.
- Experience in regard to Continuing Health Care and have attended CHC/MDT's.
- Prepared to undertake face to face visits.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS
