If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Lincolnshire County Council - Adults Team. This is a full-time role offering up to £38 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Complete Care Act 2014 assessments, support planning, and reviews.
- Safeguard adults in line with statutory duties and local policies.
- Work in partnership with service users, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Promote independence, choice, and personalisation in service delivery.
- Manage a varied caseload with an emphasis on strength-based, person-centred practice.
- Make sound professional judgments and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
