Randstad are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to Tameside Council's Cared for Children Team as an Advanced Practitioner. This is a full time role, offering £37 - £43 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Will involve direct case management oversight of a reduced caseload of cared for children, some of whom will have complex circumstances and needs. To ensure our cared for children's holistic needs are met consistently.
- Deliver reflective group supervision within the service.
- To supervise ASYE Social Workers in the team, typically this is limited to 1 person, to provide support to the Team Manager in addressing any performance or practice deficits through motivating the team and delivering shared learning and training as and when required and to provide support to team members through advice, guidance and occasional co-working.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work England registered
