Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people who are at risk of exploitation and where they and their families need additional help.
- Use the whole family approach to support families to maintain young people living at home, whilst supporting the young people to overcome
- Creative assessment and planning with young people and families, able to understand the complexities and risks faced by them, and who really wants to make a long term impact on young people's lives, trauma and break away from gangs and crime and fulfil their potential.
To be considered for a role within the Aspire Team, ideally you will have:
- BSc in Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
