Your Impactful Role
In this rewarding role within the Children's Assessment Team, you will:
- Support children, young people, and their families from initial referrals through comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct S47 visits, progress children's plans to Initial Child Protection, and engage in initial court work before transferring cases.
- Work directly with families, collaborate with external agencies, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to deliver holistic support.
- Contribute to our team duty rota, ensuring that every child receives the care and protection they deserve.
What We're Looking For
- BSc in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Social Work England registration.
- At least 1 year of experience in children's social work, with a passion for delivering high-quality support to families.
