Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Blackpool Council's Born in Care - 0 - infant team. This is a full time role, with an amazing pay rate of £41 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- The team is an exciting and specialist new team, created to implement the principles of Born Into Care.
- Supporting children remaining in the care of their family wherever possible - working intensively with our multi-agency partners when doing so.
- Complete pre-birth assessments for all single children (not part of a sibling group) and single children under the age of 12 months; therefore spanning assessments, child in need, child protection, pre-proceedings and care proceedings.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- Enhanced DBS
