Overview:
- Leading assessments and care plans: Work closely with families, children, and professionals to assess needs and develop personalized care strategies.
- Mentoring and guiding: Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to junior social workers, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
- Collaborative working: Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic, integrated care and support for children and families.
- Advocacy and support: Act as an advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
