Overview:
- Assessing and planning for individuals in need of support, ensuring that their rights, wellbeing, and voice are at the centre of your practice.
- Developing effective intervention strategies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, families, and vulnerable adults.
- Providing direct support and guidance to families and individuals to enable them to live independently and safely.
- Working closely with other professionals and agencies, including health, education, and voluntary sectors, to deliver integrated care and services.
- Engaging in regular supervision and reflective practice to enhance professional development and deliver high standards of service.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults Social worker
