If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker to join the Herefordshire Council -Child Protection & Court Team (Perm). This is a full-time role offering Up to £38,945 - £43,223 (including market supplement)

Overview:
- Manage a caseload of children and families subject to child protection plans or court proceedings.
- Complete thorough assessments of children's needs, risks, and circumstances to ensure that safeguarding concerns are properly addressed.
- Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency professionals.
- Attend and contribute to court proceedings, providing expert reports and evidence in legal settings.
- Work closely with families to provide support, advice, and interventions that enable children to live safely within their homes wherever possible.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding protocols, and local policies, while maintaining a child-centered approach at all times.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
