Overview:
- Manage a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their emotional, physical, and developmental needs are met.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and produce high-quality reports for case reviews, court proceedings, and other key meetings.
- Develop and implement care plans to support children and young people, in line with their individual needs and best interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, carers, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated, effective support.
- Monitor the progress of children in care and intervene appropriately to address any emerging issues or challenges.
- Ensure that children's voices are heard, actively involving them in decisions about their care and future.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, providing evidence, presenting reports, and participating in decision-making processes.
- Promote and support the educational, health, and emotional needs of children in care.
- Work within a strengths-based framework, supporting children and young people to build resilience, independence, and a positive future.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS

- Children's Social worker
