Overview:
- We are looking for a Senior Practitioner which is more like an Assistant Team Manager role. This is not a SW/SSW role. The right candidate will provide additional duties reflecting social work practice at a more complex and senior level.
- Hybrid - Office and Home - Office x2 days a week
Brief duties / key responsibilities:
- Manage small allocation of children
- Reflective supervision of the family support worker.
- Support the Manager
- Chair meetings Statutory visits Record accurately.
- Complete life journey work
- Have good communication skills.
- Supporting newer members of staff
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
