If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker to join the Herefordshire Council -Children in Care (Perm). This is a full-time role offering Up to £38,945 - £43,223

Overview:
- Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring that their needs are assessed, understood, and met through tailored care plans.
- Work in partnership with children, families, foster carers, and professionals to ensure that children have the right support and resources to thrive.
- Advocate for children's rights, ensuring their voices are heard and their views are central to decision-making.
- Regularly review and update care plans, ensuring they reflect the child's evolving needs, with a focus on permanency planning and reunification when possible.
- Attend court hearings, preparing reports and providing evidence to ensure that children's best interests are always represented.
- Collaborate with partner agencies such as schools, health professionals, and legal teams to ensure that children in care receive holistic support.
- Help children and young people feel safe, valued, and empowered as they navigate their care journey.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS

- Children's Social worker
