Lincolnshire County Council is excited to invite applications for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Child in Care Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of children in care, ensuring their needs are met through tailored support plans and regular assessments.
- Advocacy: Be a strong advocate for the children and young people in your care, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with foster carers, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support and services to children in care.
- Cultural Competence: Promote the cultural, emotional, and social development of children, ensuring that their backgrounds and identities are respected and celebrated.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in child welfare and safeguarding practices.

Requirement:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
