Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Lancashire County Council's Children in Care Team. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £36 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people who are looked after by the local authority.
- The role involves ensuring their safety, stability, and wellbeing while promoting positive outcomes in line with their care plans.
- Care planning and review.
- Foster and residential care support.
- Safeguarding and risk management.
- Work with health, education, and other professionals to coordinate services and achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure work adheres to relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989, Children and Social Work Act 2017, and other statutory guidance.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
