Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Bolton Council's CMHT as a Team Manager. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £42 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adaptable.
- Experience of managing an integrated mental health team.
- Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Care Act.
- Ability to provide good quality supervision to staff within the team.
- The work varies day to day and will need a manager to efficiently manage work within the team ensuring close liaison with health colleagues.
- The team is made up of nurses and social workers and is currently hosting a Think Ahead cohort - this has support from a Consultant Social Worker and Senior Social Worker along with Head of Service oversight/operational lead and brings a different dimension to the team and social work practice.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults
- 3/4 years management experience
