Responsibilities of a Social Worker in the Mental Health Team:
- Dealing with an existing complex caseload of service users enduring mental health problems
- The role will include assessment and appropriate management or risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members
- Work with individuals and other stakeholders to assist service planning
- Work in partnership with health and community colleagues.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience of working within a similar mental health social work setting
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Evidence of working with a complex caseload
- Good knowledge of the care act, mental capacity, safeguarding and mental health act
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
