Overview:
- This role is for a court team and as such, relevant experience of managing cases in care proceedings would be required.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality assessments, reports, and evidence in a variety of court proceedings, including Care Proceedings and Child Protection Hearings.
- Conducting assessments and intervention plans that are child-centered, ensuring the welfare and safety of children is always prioritized.
- Working closely with families, legal professionals, and other stakeholders, contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings, and providing expert advice and guidance.
- Engaging in direct work with children, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld throughout proceedings.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to legal and statutory requirements at all times.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
