Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Lancashire County Council's Children with Disabilities Team. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £34 - £41 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 15 - 22 people.
- Support children and young people with disabilities and their families.
- The role involves assessing needs, managing risks, and providing tailored interventions to ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and access to appropriate services.
- Assessment and Planning.
- Safeguarding and Risk Management.
- Support and Advocacy.
- Multi-agency collaboration.
- Record keeping and reporting.
- Compliance and development.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work England registered
Experience:
- Children
