Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities team in East Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people, making a real difference in their lives while benefiting from Lancashire's supportive and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people with disabilities and their families.
- Manage a manageable caseload (15-22 cases, depending on function).
- Apply strength-based approaches and family safeguarding models.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Relevant social work degree qualification.
- Current registration as a Qualified Social Worker.
- 12+ months of experience working with children and young people (experience with children with disabilities is highly desirable).
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must provide a contact telephone number on your application/CV.
