If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker to join Bradford Trust - Duty & Assessment Team. This is a full-time role offering Up to £35/hr

Overview:
- Manage a varied and dynamic caseload, responding to referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete thorough assessments of children, families, and adults in need of support.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Make informed decisions based on assessment findings, ensuring safety, safeguarding, and wellbeing are prioritized.
- Provide support, guidance, and advice to individuals, families, and carers, fostering resilience and self-sufficiency.
- Participate in court proceedings and provide written reports when required.
- Engage with external agencies, partners, and community resources to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in line with regulatory standards and Bradford Trust policies.
- Be committed to your professional development and attend regular training to stay up to date with best practices and legislation.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
