Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Lancashire County Council's Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood. This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of £34 - £36 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Working with children and young people is both challenging and rewarding, enabling you to make a positive difference in their lives.
- Manage a manageable caseload.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and families.
- Undertake assessments, developing plans, and working collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners to support positive and sustainable outcomes.
- Safeguarding.
- Family Engagement.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children
