Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement tailored support plans focused on the child's safety, development, and well-being.
- Safeguard vulnerable children, ensuring their protection and well-being through appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community services to provide comprehensive, child-centered support.
- Advocate for children's rights, ensuring they have access to essential resources, services, and support networks.
- Regularly review and update support plans to respond to the child's changing needs and circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and uphold best practices in safeguarding and child welfare.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
