Responsibilities include:
- Care Act assessments
- Report writing
- Providing high quality casework
- Having an informed understanding of mental health factors impacting child development
- Manage a caseload of young people who are preparing to leave care
- Outstanding knowledge of safeguarding children processes
- Maintain the plans in line with the required legislation
To be successful within this role, you are required to have:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
