Responsibilities include:

• Care Act assessments
• Report writing
• Providing high quality casework
• Having an informed understanding of mental health factors impacting child development
• Manage a caseload of young people who are preparing to leave care
• Outstanding knowledge of safeguarding children processes
• Maintain the plans in line with the required legislation

To be successful within this role, you are required to have:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
