If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker to join the Herefordshire Council -Fostering Team (£150 per week accommodation). This is a full-time role offering Up to £30.57

Overview:
- Undertake fostering assessments, ensuring that potential foster carers meet the necessary standards to provide safe and nurturing environments for children.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance they need to care for children effectively.
- Advocate for children in care, ensuring their needs are at the center of all decisions and placements.
- Work closely with children in foster care to ensure their voices are heard and that they feel safe, supported, and valued.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, social work teams, schools, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each child's care and development.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training and support services for foster carers to ensure continuous improvement in practice.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
