If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Leeds City Council - Learning Disabilities. This is a full-time role offering up to £30.98 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Carry out comprehensive assessments under the Care Act 2014.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Safeguard adults at risk in line with statutory guidance and best practices.
- Promote independence, choice, and well-being for service users.
- Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on strength-based approaches

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
