Responsibilities:
- Looked After Children caseload
- Complete all Looked After Children statutory requirements
- Complete single assessments and ensure that care plans are completed and young people's needs are met
- Manage a complex caseload and engage in direct work with children, young people, parents, carers and multi-agency partners
- Deliver holistic packages of care and support for children in care are provided
To be considered for the Social Worker role, ideally you will have:
- 1-3 years' experience of working within children's social work
- A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Evidence of working with a complex caseload within a 'Looked After Children' team or similar
