What You'll Do:
- Direct Work with Children: Engage with children and young people, using your communication skills to ensure their voices are valued.
- Care and Placement Planning: Develop and implement care plans that focus on long-term stability and individualised support.
- Risk Management: Use a methodical, organised approach to ensure safe placements and minimise risk.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with our Family Group Conference Service, family support workers, and Early Help teams to provide holistic support to children and families.

Essential Criteria:
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Children's Social Work, with a focus on Children in Care and Looked After Children.
- ASYE Completion: Must have completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
