Responsibilities of a Social Worker in the Permanence Team:
- You will be working within the 'Permanence' team, managing a complex caseload
- You will be providing a high-quality, effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines
- Your role will involve assessing, planning and delivering focused interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification
- 1+ years experience
- Newly Qualified Social Workers currently working through their ASYE are welcome to apply
- Social Work England registration
- A passion for achieving the best outcomes for children through direct work
- A creative and innovative approach
- Looked After Children or Permanence experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
